This course will deal basically with the mechanics of spotting business opportunities and the preparation of feasibility and viability projects as a source of information and decision making to various group who may have need of them business entrepreneurs, joint ventures, bankers, and creditors, investment houses, prospective investors, stockholders, etc. It will touch on the major areas of a project study, namely: economic, marketing, management, technical, legal, and taxation, financial studies and financing aspects.
